Eastern European Festival of Culture
Sat 20 Sep 2008
Immigration to England from Central and Eastern European Countries is a much discussed social and political issue. But very rarely is the cultural and artistic potential and excitement of the meeting of different cultures highlighted or promoted.
European Alternatives is then delighted to present three intercultural dialogue one-day festivals in September 2008 in London, Northampton, and Bristol. The events will feature contemporary live music, film screenings and art performances as well as political and social discussions with numerous invited speakers from central and eastern european countries.
We are delighted to collaborate with the Norhtampton Arts Collective.
This series of events forms part of the European Year of Intercultural Dialogue, and has the support of the European Commission Representation in the UK
